All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable.
2. Pricing & Payments

Payment is required at the time of purchase for online orders. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout before your order is submitted.
3. Shipping
RI Party Store currently ships within the United States.
Available shipping options and costs will be shown during checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed.
RI Party Store is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Some products may not be eligible for shipping due to their size, type, or other restrictions. Any applicable restrictions will be noted on the product page when possible.
4. In-Store Pickup
Select products and orders may be available for in-store pickup.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive confirmation before arriving to pick up your order.
Additional pickup information may be provided with your order confirmation.
5. Balloons & Helium
Balloon availability, inflation options, and fulfillment methods may vary depending on the type of balloon purchased.
Foil balloons ordered for shipping are shipped uninflated. Helium inflation for eligible foil balloons is available for local pickup only.
Packaged latex balloons are not eligible for helium inflation. Customers looking for helium-filled latex balloons should purchase eligible individual latex balloons available for local pickup.
Helium-filled balloons cannot be shipped.
Balloon appearance and float time may vary depending on temperature, weather, handling, balloon material, and other environmental conditions.
6. Returns & Refunds
Return and refund eligibility may vary depending on the product purchased.
Certain products, including inflated balloons, customized or personalized products, opened merchandise, and other specialty items, may not be eligible for return.
Please contact RI Party Store if you have a question or concern regarding an order or would like to determine whether an item is eligible for return or refund.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has entered processing, preparation, or shipment.
Custom, personalized, or specially prepared orders may not be eligible for cancellation once work has begun.

From time to time, RI Party Store may offer promotions, coupon codes, or discounts.
Promotions may have specific eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchase amounts, or product exclusions. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
